How long should I wait to hear back?
During normal business hours (8:00AM - 6:00PM EST Monday-Friday & 8AM - 3PM EST Saturday & Sunday), we'll always try to answer your texts within a couple of hours, but sometimes our small team can get a little bit backed up. If we take a little longer, don't worry! We'll make sure you're taken care of.
Am I texting a real person?
Yes! When you text us, you'll most likely get a response from someone on our customer experience team, but we all love talking to customers so you might also be talking to one of our founders. We do occasionally send some automated order notifications (and marketing texts if you're subscribed)!

How do I access my account?
If you're a Flex member, you can access your personal customer portal via the link. It's your one-stop hub for accessing and managing your Flex Orders. Any issues? Simply text or email us.
How can I update my phone number?
Just text our Customer Support team at 470-27 and we can update your phone number for you! We’ll just need your name and email address so we can find your account.
There is something wrong with my order.
We’re sorry about that! Just text us at (844) 534-0978 and we will make sure we get that resolved for you.
What is a Flex Plan?
Flex Plans are a monthly membership plan outlined in your initial ordering and accessible through your customer portal link. But, we’re as "Flex"ible as they come! With Flex, we send a text and/or email a day before every scheduled order. This allows you time to make changes to your order, but you can always access your personal customer portal here too.
How can I update my next shipment?
How can I skip my shipment?
If you want to skip an order, you can do this right in your customer portal! Just click the 'Change Order Date' button at the bottom of your portal page and you'll be able to choose the amount of time you’d like to delay your order.
You can always access the portal if you want to ship your order sooner!
How can I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, just login into your customer portal & click the 'Cancel Subscription' button at the bottom of the portal page.
You can resume your account by texting us at 470-27 and our Customer Support team can help you set your account up again!

Can I buy a Starter Kit without signing up for a Flex Plan?
Our Starter Kits are only available through a subscription when you purchase online. We’re confident you’ll love Verb and you’ll want to stick with us – but if for any reason you want to break up (sniff sniff), we don’t make it hard. You can change, delay, or cancel your plan anytime. You can also place a one-time order through our Shop page!
Can I place a bulk order?
We have plenty of bundles that offer great deals on multiple pouches, you can always text us for questions on multi-pouch orders as well! If you’re interested in purchasing for your small business, please e-mail sales@verbenergy.co!

Do you offer returns?
If your first Flex purchase isn’t exactly what you were hoping for, let us know within 14 days of your delivery by texting 470-27 and we'll offer a free return. Unfortunately, for all other orders, given that our products are perishable, we do not offer refunds or exchanges - please reach out to our CX team and we’ll be happy to find a solution for you!
Do you offer healthcare, military, or teacher discounts?
If you reach out to our Customer Support team they can verify your occupation and set up a discount on your order!
Shipping
Where does Verb ship?
We currently ship everywhere in the US, including Alaska and Hawaii. We hope to offer international shipping as soon as possible!
How much does shipping cost?
We offer flat rate shipping for $6.95 – this means that the more you order, the more you save on shipping! Additionally, orders over $50 & Starter Kit orders receive free shipping depending on the promotions we're running!
How long does shipping take?
Shipping takes on average 5-7 business days once you get tracking! Orders placed between Friday and Sunday will ship out the following Monday.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
At the moment, we do not offer expedited shipping.
What carriers do you use?
We primarily use USPS, however sometimes a 3rd party will come in to help!
I haven't received my shipment.

If your shipment is delayed or has never arrived, send us a text and we'll try to get it resolved right away!

How do you make your 2g sugar bars?
We use allulose in our 2g sugar products. This natural sweetener is about 70% as sweet as sugar (with only 10% of the calories). It is found in fruits like figs & raisins. It allows us to keep our bars tasting just as delicious, with a fraction of the sugar found in other bars.
Where are your bars manufactured and sourced?
Our bars are manufactured in the United States, and our ingredients are sourced from various partners.
Are your almond-based bars manufactured on the same lines as your peanut-based bars?
They are shared equipment, but the facility has thorough cleaning procedures, but cross-contamination cannot be totally ruled out (for transparency).
If I'm pregnant, can I eat your bars?
Verb Energy Bars contain 80mg caffeine from green tea (less than a standard cup of coffee), so it's up to you and your doctor how much caffeine you are comfortable consuming! We also have some Decaf options, which might be a good alternative!
What is the difference between the energy bars & the protein bars?
We know everyone’s energy needs and preferences are different, so we wanted to create more options:
Our Caffeinated Snack Bar is our original energy bar. We have options that are 110 calories, as well as flavors with just 2g of sugar, like Cookie Butter & Caramel Macchiato.
Our Caffeinated Protein Bar is double the size of our snack bar, with 10g of plant-based protein, and the same energy boost from green tea (about as much caffeine as a strong espresso).
How much caffeine is in your bars?
Our Caffeinated Energy Bars have 80mg of caffeine from organic green tea.
