How long should I wait to hear back?
During normal business hours (8:00AM - 6:00PM EST Monday-Friday & 8AM - 3PM EST Saturday & Sunday), we'll always try to answer your messages within a couple of hours, but sometimes our small team can get a little bit backed up. If we take a little longer, don't worry! We'll make sure you're taken care of.
Am I texting a real person?
Yes! When you reach out to us, you'll most likely get a response from someone on our customer experience team, but we all love talking to customers so you might also be talking to one of our founders. We do occasionally send some automated order notifications (and marketing texts if you're subscribed)!

What is a Subscription?
Verb offers subscriptions to customers, who are looking for a convenient way to re-stock their bars. Subscription perks include 10% off each order and early access to sales and new flavor launches.
Our goal is to make your subscription easy to manage through your personal customer portal, or you can email or text us and we can help you out!
How can I update my next shipment?
How can I skip my shipment?
If you want to skip an order, you can do this right in your customer portal! Just click the 'Change Order Date' button at the bottom of your portal page and you'll be able to choose the amount of time you’d like to delay your order.
You can always access the portal if you want to ship your order sooner!
How can I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, just login into your customer portal & click the 'Cancel Subscription' button at the bottom of the portal page.
You can resume your account by accessing your customer portal or by contacting us via text or email and our Customer Support team can help you set your account up again!

Can I buy a Starter Kit without signing up for a subscription?
Our Starter Kits are only available through a subscription when you purchase online. We’re confident you’ll love Verb and you’ll want to stick with us – but if for any reason you want to break up (sniff sniff), we don’t make it hard. You can change, delay, or cancel your plan anytime. You can also place a one-time order through our Shop page!
Can I place a bulk order?

Can I place a wholesale order?
Do you offer returns?
If your first purchase isn’t exactly what you were hoping for, contact us within 14 days of your delivery and we'll offer a free return. Unfortunately, for all other orders, given that our products are perishable, we do not offer refunds or exchanges - please reach out to our Customer Support team and we’ll be happy to find a solution for you!
Do you offer healthcare, military, or teacher discounts?
If you reach out to our Customer Support team they can verify your occupation and set up a discount on your order!
Shipping
Where does Verb ship?
We currently ship everywhere in the US, including Alaska and Hawaii, and to Canada through our shipping partner, Passport. We hope to offer additional international shipping options as soon as possible!
How much does shipping cost?
We offer flat rate ground shipping for $6.95 – this means that the more you order, the more you save on shipping! Additionally, orders over $55 receive free shipping!
We also offer expedited shipping for $9.95.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping takes on average 5-7 business days once you get tracking! Orders placed between Friday and Sunday will ship out the following Monday.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes! You can select expedited shipping at checkout for $9.95.
What carriers do you use?
We primarily use USPS, however sometimes a 3rd party will come in to help!
I haven't received my shipment.
You can check the shipping status of your order by referencing the tracking link sent via email once your order has shipped.
If you have not received a shipment confirmation email, your shipment is delayed, or has never arrived, send us an email or text and we'll try to get it resolved right away!

Do you offer low sugar bars?
We no longer offer our Low Sugar Caffeinated Energy Bars with 2g of sugar but we are always exploring opportunities for new products!
Where are your bars manufactured and sourced?
Our bars are manufactured in the Canada, and our ingredients are sourced from various partners.
Are your almond-based bars manufactured on the same lines as your peanut-based bars?
All of our bars are produced on shared equipment, but the facility has strict cleaning procedures to avoid cross-contamination. However, cross-contamination cannot be totally ruled out (for transparency).
If I'm pregnant, can I eat your bars?
Verb Energy Bars contain 80mg caffeine from green tea (less than a standard cup of coffee), so it's up to you and your doctor how much caffeine you are comfortable consuming!
What is the difference between the energy bars & the protein bars?
We know everyone’s energy needs and preferences are different, so we wanted to create more options:
Our Caffeinated Energy Bar is our original energy bar, with 80mg of organic green tea caffeine. These pocket-sized pick-me-ups are 110 calories.
Our Caffeinated Protein Bar is double the size of our energy bar, and also contains 80mg of organic green tea caffeine, as well as 10g of plant-based protein.
How much caffeine is in your bars?
Our Caffeinated Energy Bars have 80mg of caffeine from organic green tea. This is approximately equivalent to the amount of caffeine in a shot of espresso.
